Jack’s father, Allan Lieb, had been practicing law since 1972. Lieb & Lieb was established in 1989 when Jack’s mother, Peggy Lieb, started practicing law.

In 1996 Allan Lieb retired and Lieb & Lieb became a partnership between Jack and Peggy. In 2003 Peggy retired and Lieb & Lieb became Jack Lieb and Richard Fahey.

Jack’s practice covers general civil matters including real estate, business, construction, personal injury, corporate and contracts. Lieb & Lieb represents both individuals and businesses.

Jack’s philosophy is to look at the big picture and do what is best for the client at the best price. Jack tries to differentiate Lieb & Lieb from other firms by personal attention and a more practical approach. Jack’s goal is to make long term clients.

Jack is licensed to practice law in all of the courts in the State of California, the Southern and Central United States District Courts and the California Court of Appeal. Jack is licensed by the State Bar of California and a Real Estate broker licensed by the Department of Real Estate.

Jack is a member of the San Diego Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, San Diego County Bar Association and the Better Business Bureau.
